It's the first Sunday of the month and so time for Spectrum and SEND Sunday! Welcome to number 56! Whether the kids are already back or about to go back to school, I hope the summer was good to you.
We've been away the last week, so I've scheduled this post and as such don't know Danielle's favourite post from the last linky. Forgive us, we are both running a little late I'm afraid. Rest assured we will be sharing, do our commenting and include favourites in the next linky along with adding to our Pinterest board - just maybe a little later than usual.
I've linked up two posts about what the beach may be like for our autistic son, David, and about the possible problems for SEND kids with the new free childcare places.
If you are new to this linky, it's a lovely community that shares autism, special educational needs and disabilities, and mental health posts. You can look at my guide on what this linky is about, how to take part etc for any further info. Usually we comment on each others posts but the schools are back we've changed this idea. To make it easier to take part in the linky you can either comment on or share posts instead.
Remember you can also look at my guide on what this linky is about, how to take part etc for any further info. Thank you once again to all those who linked up and shared posts last week.
How the #spectrumsunday linky operates
- This linky will run from 8am Sunday for two weeks, allowing everyone to link up get a wide range of posts now the linky is fortnightly.
- Please be kind and add our linky badge to the bottom of your post/s so people can find their way back to read other posts (just copy and paste the code below into your HTML - see this guide if you are unsure)
- Add up to two posts per person, old or new
- Please comment (or share) on one post from each host (if we've added a post)
- Then comment (or share) on the post before yours and more if you can!
- If you comment, please make sure they are thoughtful and valuable - this subject is incredibly emotive and we all handle our daily struggle differently so kind and supportive messages only please.
