It's been two months since my #capturethekindness photo competition finished. This competition, in collaboration with The Clangers and their #clangersforkindness campaign, was about capturing those special moments of kindness and sharing them. After the mess of Christmas and the New Year back to school chaos, I've had some time and gone back through all the photos to pick out some to share in a round up. Here are just a few of my favourites.
We had dozens of beautiful photos, it was hard to choose what to share. Soo many of the photos entered came with lovely back stories too. Whether it was time with a best friend as enjoyed by Steph's Two Girls or friends helping out like from A Hunter's Life or Faith Mummy, I loved them all. Here are a few shots, I hope you enjoy them like I did.
Mouse Moo & Me Too shared this gorgeous pic. Her little girl had her vacination and had spent the rest of the day feeling very sorry for herself and out of sorts. The small one patted her and made her smile in a role reversal that was very touching to watch. It's lovely how even at 8 months, the small one already had a grasp of empathy and compassion and genuinely adores her big sister. What a lovely shot via Mouse Moo & Me Too.
Catie from Diary of an Imperfect Mum tagged this shot of her lot cleaning up their beach. Good deeds and all that. Well done and what a lovely photo.
Somewhere After the Rainbow added this stunning shot. Life is hard work - but it's easier when you have people to hold your hand (wiping a tear from my eye). She also included this beautiful quote:

Our last photo in my selection came via Joseph and his Amazing Spectrum Coat. "Nothing else matters, no label." This shot makes me feel so calm and happy. Often a rarity in our lives and I know it's the same for many of us. See more stories from @JosephSpectrum on twitter too.

I am so touched by this beautiful campaign and hashtag. It's lovely to take a minute to recognise and capture kindness in this world which otherwise races past us, and I think it's gorgeous to see our little ones growing up to be kind and loving to each other. Thanks for sharing with #DreamTeam x
