Spectrum and SEND Sunday #38

Spectrum & SEND Sunday linky

Hello, and welcome back to Spectrum and SEND Sunday #38,  hosted by Danielle over at Someone's Mum and me. This is the place to share your autism, special educational needs and disabilities posts and if you are new to linkies, no worries, you can look at my guide on what they are and what to do.

This week I'm linking up two posts for you to choose from. Progress and Prosperity is about the difficulties about making the right level of progress in school, whether that's in mainstream on specialist and the worry of perhaps thinking we may need to change setting.  I write this one a while ago in advance of my keynote speech at an education and SEND conference this week.  I fear that too many teachers came up to me afterwards to thank me for being 'so honest'.   My second post is the response I got from Marc, the dad looking for a little blue #CupforBen.

My favourite post from the last linky was the secondary school transition tips from My Home Truths. It won't be long before my eldest transitions to his next school and I'm very nervous about it so this was a welcome post for me.  Which was your favourite? I'll be sharing this on my Facebook page.  All your posts have also been added to our Pinterest board too.

Just a reminder that the linky runs once a fortnight, alternating hosting between myself and Danielle at Someone's Mum. We keep the linky open for the two weeks so everyone can link up.  Thank you once again to all those who linked up and shared posts last week.
